Hello CaNOE members!
Happy summer. This is a special July-August edition of the SPLASHmail newsletter, our first newsletter since the Ocean Literacy Conference & AGM in June. Since the conference, our newly elected Board of Directors has been working hard to lay the groundwork for CaNOE to move forward. These 14 talented and passionate individuals will help ‘steer the canoe’ over the next year and towards the 2016 AGM. Stay tuned for a blog post wrapping up the conference and an introduction to the Board of Directors!
We hope you can pick up a paddle and join us; either by submitting a blog post, inviting friends and colleagues to join the network, or emailing us to become more involved.
This is sure to be an exciting year of building membership, establishing direction, and working hard to advance ocean literacy in Canada!
Looking forward to hearing from you,
The CaNOE Team
